Platform and camera upgrades, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and Life Cycle Management (LCM) are handled by Cloudsec throughout the contract period.
Cloudsec's support department takes care of all incoming service and support requests. Cases are reviewed and processed by 1st line support, and if necessary they are escalated further to 2nd and 3rd line support. Together with our technology partners, Cloudsec is available to you as a customer to guarantee the best possible delivery, functionality and contribute to continued development.
